Mental wellbeing is so important to me as an individual, and it has become a mission to use my knowledge to help serve others. Whether you find yourself contending with anxiety, depression, insomnia, panic attacks, or any other mental health condition, I can offer breathing techniques, rescue tools, and relaxation sequences designed to rebalance your nervous system and stress response.

    This is a safe place, where you can openly share your concerns, whether they are rooted in the physical or the mental space, arising in specific circumstances or persisting as a constant state of being. Together, we will explore the triggers, and I will tailor the application of yoga to meet your unique needs and capabilities on that specific day.

  • In February 2024, I created ME’TING - an online subscription based yoga service for anyone who works at a desk. Elevate the collective spirit in the office by indulging your team in moments of relaxation and feel-good stretches, seamlessly integrated either before or after work hours.   • Tailoring my guidance to your preferences, I offer a structured and enjoyable movement practice either within the comfort of your home, at a neutral space, or through Zoom. Whether you prefer a weekly or bi-weekly, each 60-minute session is crafted to support your goals in a friendly and supportive environment.

  • I teach in different studios every week, offering a range of styles including vinyasa, hatha and rocket. You can find me on the timetable at these lovely studios, all offering their own magic: Humankind, Luna Wave and Space Yoga in Brighton/Hove.
